Continuing its creative approach to mixed use development, Madison Equities completed The Galleria in 1975. This aware winning project located on east 57th Street between Park and Lexington Avenues combined 252 luxury apartments and 150,000 square feet of commercial space with a parking garage. At 57 stories, the Galleria stood as one of the tallest residential buildings in New York, as well as the United States.
